Friday 24th May 2019 – 11am-2.30pm
Join us on Friday 24th May at the Methuen Arms in Corsham for a wonderful afternoon to be creative and designing your own summer hand tied bouquet using an array of beautiful blooms.
The workshop will begin at 11am and will last approximately 3.5 hours which will allow plenty of time to enjoy your lunch and a glass of wine!
The workshop will be held by Flowers of Bath founder and senior florist, Ella who will guide everyone through the workshop, step by step answering questions as she goes and ensuring that you have all the equipment and tools necessary to ensure that you leave with a beautiful design to sit proudly at home and to show off to family and friends!
The workshop will include a delicious two course lunch served up by award winning chef Leigh Evans, using all locally sourced ingredients and with everything being made on site, he can adapt and personalise the lunch to any specific dietary requirements. A glass of house wine will also be included as a part of the workshop.
After lunch, we will continue back to being creative and finishing off your seasonal bouquets where Ella will show you how to gift wrap the designs and create aqua-packs for the bouquets to keep them fresh for the journey home and each bouquet will be finished off in a luxury gift-bag.
Most of all, 10% of the course price will go to Dorothy House Hospice, a local charity on the outskirts of Bath that provides end of life care and support to their families.
