As a luxury wedding florist, our upmost attention, quality and service throughout your journey with us in planning and creating your flowers will be assured.
For those couples that would like to understand the process of organising your wedding flowers, we have put together a brief explanation of the events and steps below for you to understand what the process involves.
THE PROCESS:
As a part of the planning process in to designing your wedding flowers, we offer a complimentary consultation service in which you will meet with one of our talented and experienced wedding florists to talk through your wedding day blooms in great detail.
Soon after the consultation, our leading wedding florist, Ella, will email over a detailed quote and floral proposal with ideas of flower types and varieties. We are also able to create a mood board for you both to detail flower types and colour palette to be in line with your chosen style for your wedding day so you can visualise the overall look clearly.
The next stage is to talk through the quote and confirm that what we are suggesting and proposing fits in with your vision. From there, there is a down payment to be paid and the terms and conditions to be signed and returned to us. As soon as both of those requirements are complete we will send you confirmation of your booking with us and to confirm that you wedding date is secured with us to create your blooms.
One month before your wedding date, we will contact you with regards to payment and to finalise your wedding flowers to ensure that no changes need to be made (tends to be the odd buttonhole added for a guest!). Your flowers will be ordered and then it’s a waiting game until your wedding day!!
On the day, our florists will deliver and set up your wedding flowers and the arranged time. The cost to set up is not in addition to the quote you will have received, the cost is included.
As a business, we pride ourselves in being completely honest and transparent with our costings to make the process as enjoyable and clear as possible. Each design on the quote will be broken down with simple pricing structures and descriptions.
Whilst for some clients choosing flowers is effortless, I understand that for others it can be more of a challenge and a daunting process! We are here to guide you as much as necessary and answer all questions when it comes down to deciding and ensuring that your wedding flowers exceed your expectation.
After all, your wedding flowers have such a huge impact on the overall look and style of your wedding day, it is so important to ensure that they are perfect – even if we do say so ourselves!
Please note, that due to the opulent and luxurious nature of our passion and style of floristry, a huge amount of love, dedication and experience goes in to each and every wedding that we create therefore meaning that our wedding flowers minimum spend starts at £1250.00.
