Amber and Ash tie the knot – 27.07.2017
Back in September 2016, Amber and Ash contacted me about creating their wedding flowers for their big day.
We chatted over a cuppa and went through the types of flowers and colour scheme that they wanted incorporated in to their flowers.
Between us we came up with mainly ivory and green flowers with lots of textured foliage and a touch of purple/lilac in the flowers.
I absolutely love heading to the bride on the morning of her wedding day to deliver her bouquet along with the bridesmaids bouquets etc and showing her her bouquet for the first time.
This is Amber’s amazing reaction, it makes the hard work and precision that goes in to every wedding that I do so worth it!!
The bride’s flowers:
Peony, Rose, Mint, Eucalyptus, Stocks, Lisianthus, Pittosporum and Lavender.
The Venue:
Amber and Ash chose to hold both their ceremony and reception at the Watermill, a beautiful venue that we work with often on the outskirts of Bath.
Priston Mill has both the Watermill venue and the Tythe Barn, both situated in the rolling countryside and picturesque private gardens that surround both venues withing the grounds.
Having never working with Rosie before, her photos are beautiful and document Amber and Ash’s big day in the most beautiful way.
It is always such a treat to get the professional photos back from the couple’s wedding day who’s flowers I have created and to see them in place.
A huge thank you:
Amber and Ash were a pleasure to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed creating their flowers.
I hope you both had the most wonderful and memorable wedding day – thank you for letting me be a part of it. Ella x
