FREELANCE FLORIST
We are on the hunt for somebody fabulous to join our growing team of wonderful florists during busy periods to assist with events, contractual work and of course – weddings!
The role will involve working behind the scenes prepping arrangements, conditioning and also working with customers in our shop premises on Lansdown Road making up gorgeous hand tied bouquets and designs for the day to day in store sales.
What are we looking for?
Someone works well in a small team, someone friendly, confident and willing to take on the best bits of the job and also the not so great bits. We are a small team so everyone does everything, washing vases, brushing up, delivering bouquets and prepping wedding flowers!
Sometimes brushing up feels like my full time job – but there we go, that’s what happens when you choose a messy job, you end up working in a jungle of leaves.
Flexibility for this role is vital.
Requirements.
- A minimum of four years experience in floristry.
- A passion for flowers and a great attention to detail
- Engaging and positive attitude towards all tasks
- Take direction well but also have the confidence to share your own ideas
- A clean UK driving license and comfortable to drive a van
- Fluent in English
