I met the lovely Louise and Adam back last Summer at a wedding event and talked through their ideas for their wedding being held at Cumberwell Park this June. As usual, time flew by and it was here before we knew it and they were lucky enough to have the most beautiful wedding day during our gorgeous heat wave.
Louise had vision in to the type of bouquet she wanted for her wedding day and the colour scheme that she had envisaged.
The bridal bouquet was full of beautiful David Austin Roses, Peonies, Astillbe and Eucalyptus. Louise and Adam chose short cylindrical vases filled with beautiful posies of flowers to match her bouquet for the tables which looked beautiful set up on the day.
The groom, Adam, had a ivory Rose and the ushers and best men had ‘Sweet Avalanche’ Rose buttonholes so they all tied in with Louise’s bouquet.
It’s so lovely to work with new photographers who capture the couples big day so perfectly and on this occasion it was the talented Adam Carter Photography.
Peonies are sought after in the late spring/early Summer months and Louise was keen to have them incorporated in to her bouquet and wedding flowers. Every year, the availability of particular flowers can vary week by week as it is weather dependent however luckily, they were available to incorporate and looked absolutely beautiful.
A huge congratulations to you both and I wish you all the happiness in the world together as Mr and Mrs Molloy.
‘I’d highly recommend Ella & Flowers of Bath. I met Ella at a wedding event, she was lovely and knew what she was talking about. She created stunning flowers for our wedding which blew me away when I saw them. Sadly the weather was too hot for them and they didn’t last very long but the photos show how amazing they were. Thanks Ella. X’
